그리고 아름다움이나 자연 속에서 무아지경 (無我之境) 에 이르는 순간들.

굳어진 일상으로부터의 해방감,
어디에도 연연하지 않는 유유자적한 기쁨,
그리고 자연 속에서 맞이하는 압도적인 충만감 —
그 순간, 우리는 무아지경 속으로 스며듭니다.
느슨해지고, 가벼워지고,
삶이 조용히 깨어납니다.

저는 유화 파스텔과 수채화를 사용해
여러분이 일상 속에 숨어 있는 경이로움에 잠시 멈춰 설 수 있도록
마음을 열어두고 싶어요.

그 순간,
살아있다는 것의 진짜 감각이 피어날지도 몰라요.

My work reflects different states of being —
ecstatic joy, overpowering awe,
and moments of mu-a-ji-gyeong — losing oneself in beauty or nature.

A release from the hardened patterns of daily life,
a quiet, unburdened joy that clings to nothing,
and the overwhelming fullness found in nature—
in that moment, we dissolve into mu-a-ji-gyeong,
becoming loose, light,
and quietly, aliveness awakens.
